Jack graduated from St Mary’s University in Twickenham with an honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation. Since graduating he has been chosen to assist at the Universities highly regarded Biomechanics Laboratory on a part-time basis.
Jacks specialist sports rehabilitation training integrates perfectly with chiropractic care and Sports massage. It also affords him the ability to not only treat the presenting symptoms but also to address the fundamental contributing factors with individualised exercise prescriptions to help prevent long-term recurrence
While studying Jack spent time with hospital physiotherapy outpatient’s wards, private sports injury clinics, amateur and semi professional sports clubs and athletes. Working with Ealing Trailfinders RFC for a large portion of their season, Jack was part of a two man medical team, taking players through their accelerated rehab programs to the point where they could return to match fitness and continue with their playing season. Jack was subsequently offered a job working with one of the Ealing teams as an undergraduate.
Being a keen sportsman Jack has stepped out of the physio room and onto the pitch as he is now a contracted player for Ealing Rugby Club at a semi-professional level. Jack is a very warm and friendly individual who enjoys working with patients to achieve their individual health and sporting goals.
